NURSING 1I02 - Introduction to Nursing Practice

This course introduces students to the scope of professional practice and the meaning of caring in nursing. Students will learn beginning assessment, communication, and intervention skills in the clinical laboratory.
Tutorial and clinical lab (four hours); one term
Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level I of the B.Sc.N. Basic (A) Stream
Antirequisite(s): NURSING 1F04
Co-requisite(s): NURSING 1F03  and WHMIS 1A00
