Mathematics Courses

Courses in cognate subjects may also be taken for graduate credit in Mathematics. Students interested in Mathematical Statistics should consult the Statistics course listing elsewhere in this calendar. The following courses, which are available to senior undergraduate students as 400level, are offered for graduate credit. Graduate students in 600level courses will be required to do extra work in addition to that required of undergraduate students in the corresponding 400level course (such as extra reading, problems, written or oral presentations) as prescribed by the instructor.
