NURSING 4K10 - Professional Practice and the New Graduate10 unit(s)As an applied professional practice course, students focus on the integration and application of research, theory and concepts to professional practice, including an introduction to the leadership role in client care. Students are individually placed in a variety of contexts, where they are actively involved in the enactment of the nursing role. Professional practice (24 hours for six weeks, 35-36 hours for six - seven weeks); one term Prerequisite(s): Minimum grade of C- in NURSING 4P04 , and a Pass in NURSING 4J07 , and registration in any Stream of the B.Sc.N.
