This course introduces students to the structures and processes of management in the Canadian public sector. The purpose is to highlight the role played by institutions, processes, and personnel in governing Canada. The course provides an exposure to the organizational and operational arrangements and practices in the public service, and examines the governing framework of the country.
Three hours (lectures and discussion); one term
Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level III or above.
