This course examines ethnic and racist prejudices and discrimination in Canada including attitudes towards immigrants from Asia and Europe, African Canadians and Indigenous peoples. It will also explore the efforts of human rights advocates. Seminar (two hours); two terms Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level IV of an Honours program in History Departmental permission required.
