ANTHROP 2D03 - DNA Meets Anthropology3 unit(s)
Introduction to the many uses of genetics in anthropology (modern human origins, migrations, domestication, primate conservation, primate genetics, forensics). Includes hands-on lab portion where students will extract DNA from archeological remains. Three hours (lectures and discussion); one term Prerequisite(s): Three units of Level I Anthropology, registration in Level II or above in any program.
