NURSING 4K10 - Professional Practice and the New Graduate 10 unit(s)
As an applied professional practice course, students focus on the integration and application of research, theory and concepts to professional practice, including an introduction to the leadership role in client care. Students are individually placed in a variety of contexts, where they are actively involved in the enactment of the nursing role.
This course is evaluated on a Pass/Fail basis. 24 hours, professional practice and lab (six weeks), 35-36 hours, professional practice and lab (six - seven weeks); one term
Prerequisite(s): NURSING 4J07
Antirequisite(s): NURSING 4K07 Normally to be taken concurrently with NURSING 4Q03 or NURSING 4Q04 .
