The scholarly paper provides an opportunity for students to demonstrate, in writing, their ability to integrate ideas that reflect current knowledge in either client-focused, research focused, health system-focused or education-focused areas. The scholarly paper is to demonstrate integrative thinking at a general and abstract level. A series of 7 graduate seminars during January to March are provided where the student will develop the outline for the scholarly paper. The outline will be approved by the examiners by the end of April and the student starts writing the scholarly paper no later than May 1st to ensure completion of the process by the end of June.
