OCCUP TH 737 / Complexities of Practice II: Older Adults & Transition to Practice - Inquiry & Integration

The purpose of this course is to provide students with opportunities to; a) pursue advanced knowledge and understanding of complex concepts and system issues underlying occupational therapy practice with older adults, and b) to explore transition to practice issues related to inter-professional collaboration and positioning the role of occupational therapy in a changing healthcare environment. Students will participate in large group seminar sessions, as well as inter-professional seminars and workshops. In addition, they will participate in weekly problembased tutorials.
