PUBHLTH 710 / Introduction to Knoweldge Synthesis and Guildelines

Prerequisite(s): PUBHLTH 704  

This course is designed for MPH student to learn the main aspects of the methodology for the development of different types of literature reviews (including systematic reviews, scoping reviews, overviews of reviews, and environmental scans) and practice guidelines.  Students will learn the purpose of each type of review and practice guidelines, what are the main steps to consider when planning to conduct a review and how they are used to inform decision making.
