LIFESCI 2G03 - Genes, Genomes and Society

In this course, students will explore how the expression of the genes we inherit are modified by genetic disruptions, the environment, and epigenetics. In addition, students will explore recent genetic advances that offer limitless promise but also pose complex ethical issues.
Lectures, web modules (two hours); one term
Prerequisite(s): One of BIOLOGY 1A03 , 1M03 , ISCI 1A24 A/B 
Not open to students with credit or registration in BIOLOGY 2C03 , MOLBIOL 2C03   LIFESCI 2G03 is not a prerequisite for further genetics courses in the Department of Biology.
