PSYCHOTH 704 / Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Prerequisite(s): Enrollment is restricted to Psychotherapy students.

This course will provide students focused training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) theory and skills. This course will provide students with an overview of CBT theory, core CBT principles and skills. Students will be given an introduction to specific CBT-based treatments or protocols for various mental health disorders and related problems. This is a required course for psychotherapy students.
