This course offers students a variety of learning experiences that will enable them to better understand the relationship between effective communication and desired outcomes in professional settings. Students will be exposed to evidence based research, role playing, standardized simulations and audio-visual reviews.

Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level III or above of the BHSc. (Honours) Program; or registration in Level III or above of the BHSc. (Honours) Child Health Specialization; or registration in Level III or above in any honours program
