COMMERCE 4MH3 - Digital Marketing

The purpose of this course is to explore cutting edge marketing strategies and tactics in a dynamic e-commerce environment. The course will cover a wide range of issues including online consumer behaviours, website analytics, search engine marketing, online CRM, online channel and pricing strategies, social media marketing, and mobile marketing. This course is taught through lectures, case studies, a field project, and guest talks.
Lectures (three hours)
Prerequisite(s): COMMERCE 1MA3 (or 2MA3) or IBH 2AA3; and registration in any Bachelor of Commerce or Engineering and Management program or relevant minor (see Faculty Note 2.)
