CHEM 4Q03 - Peer Tutoring in Chemistry

This course provides students with practical experience in teaching in Chemistry. Peer tutors support and guide students in CHEM 2Q03. They evaluate, and provide effective feedback on, in-progress work, presentations, and written reports. Peer tutors practice effective presentation and scientific writing skills and receive feedback on their progress.
Applications are available in April in the preceding academic year on the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology website. Applications are due by May 31. Successful applicants will be notified by email.
One lecture (three hours), tutorial (one hour); one term
