An examination of a variety of aspects pertaining to perinatal health, encompassing the child-bearing cycle. Biological, social, and global perspectives will be explored, along with the complex interplay between them.

Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level III or above of any Program in the Faculty of Health Sciences or Faculty of Science or the Integrated Biomedical Engineering Program, or registration in Level I or above of the Midwifery Program, or permission of the instructor.
