PNB 3A03 - Neuroimaging 3 unit(s)
This course explores the use of neuroimaging to study brain structure and function in the fields of psychology and neuroscience. It will survey common neuroimaging modalities including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography (PET), and light microscopy. Students will become fluent in image processing techniques through weekly laboratory exercises.
One laboratory (three hours, weekly); one term
Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level III or above of an Honours or Combined Honours Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour program, or Level III or above of the Honours Neuroscience program.
