HISTORY 3YB3 - Youth Subcultures in Britain: From the Teds to the Acid Ravers 3 unit(s)
Post-World War II youth formed distinctive sub-cultures based on music, fashion and visual culture. This course explores the transnational origins and legacy of (among others) the Teddy Boys, Mods and Rockers, Skinheads, Hippies, Punks, Glam and Goths, 2-Tone, Hip-Hop and Acid Rave cultures.
