This course builds upon the foundation of leadership awareness gained in IBH 1LD0. In 2LD0A/B S, students will take an outward focus by understanding how their leadership impacts others. They will receive feedback from peers regarding factors such as status, power and leadership emergence. Students will use this understanding to update their leadership development plans supported by small group workshops and 1:1 coaching.
Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level II in the Integrated Business and Humanities Program
