IBH 4LD3 - Leadership Development - Leadership Capstone

This capstone leadership course will put student’s understanding of leadership into practice. Students will engage in a creative process to develop leadership programming and deliver that programming to McMaster community members and/or members of the broader community. This course and the events it generates will act as a celebration and culmination of leadership growth within the IBH program.
Lectures (three hours)
Prerequisite(s): IBH 1BA3 and IBH 3AA3; and registration in Level IV of the Integrated Business and Humanities Program
Antirequisite(s): COMMERCE 4BN3
