Governments across the world are confronted with the challenge of producing and delivering public goods and services in the context of social complexities, financial constraints and increasing demands. This course aims to provide an advanced overview of a number of key issues of management in the public sector. Drawing upon the organization and operations of administrative agencies and institutions, this course intends to work toward the development of a critical understanding of concepts, strategies and outcome of public sector management.
