BIOLOGY 700 / Biology Seminar course

Prerequisite(s): Must be enrolled in Biology graduate program.

Students will attend at least 12 seminars over the course of the fall and winter terms and provide a short written report following each seminar that will be submitted to the course coordinator. Eligible seminars include our weekly departmental seminar, departmental seminars in any other department in the Faculty of Science or Health Science, and our specialty seminars (e.g. Ethology, Evolution, Behaviour (EEB), VOX). For students that have justified conflicts (e.g. TA duties, parenting) alternative activities will be developed in consultation with the course coordinator. Students will be required to register for this course each year, and they are required to pass the course in order to complete their degree.
