Oral and written production and comprehension (level B1 of the CEFRL), and introduction to literary analysis. Equivalent to FRENCH 2AA3.
Four hours (three hours lecture, one hour tutorial); one term
Prerequisite(s): Grade 12 French U (core, immersion, or français). Students with CEFRL A2 range competencies should contact the Department of French for placement in the course most appropriate to their abilities.
Antirequisite(s): FRENCH 1A06 A/B, FRENCH 2M06 A/B Not open to students with credit or enrolment in FRENCH 1AB3, FRENCH 2AA3 or FRENCH 2AB3.
