This course provides an applied introduction to artificial intelligence and data analytics for business decision-making. Students develop practical skills in database management systems, unsupervised learning, social network analysis, and foundational deep learning and generative AI. The course integrates systems thinking and evidence-based decision making to help students frame complex organizational problems, identify key stakeholders, and critically assess information before designing interventions. Students learn to translate real-world business challenges into analytical workflows and to interpret results responsibly. Technical learning is paired with managerial discussion focused on value creation, implementation, and organizational impact.
