This course is designed to equip graduate students with critical and practical skills for producing, interpreting, and applying knowledge in research and advocacy contexts. Students will explore research as a contested terrain and examine its potential to advance social justice. The course emphasizes practical competencies, including community engagement, ethical practices, working with quantitative and qualitative data, and strategies for communicating and mobilizing knowledge to promote justice. This course is mandatory for Labour Studies Masters and PhD students.
