Prerequisite(s): BUSINESS BL602 and BUSINESS BL604 . Open to students enrolled in the Blended Learning Part Time MBA Program.

This course trains students to lead digital transformation efforts within organizations. Content is divided across three modules that build upon each other: digital analytics, digital strategy, and digital transformation. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, hands-on assignments, practitioner-focused readings, and engaging discussions, students are exposed to a variety of topics including data-driven decision-making, value proposition design, harnessing emerging technologies, change management, and the ethics of automation. The course culminates in a capstone group project that develops a digital transformation proposal within an industry or organization of the team’s choosing.
