The course explores individual strengths, habits and interactions between team members, teamwork, and team leadership, as well as creativity and innovation. Individual capabilities are addressed via emotional intelligence, personality types, building and breaking of habits. Working of a team, starting from team development to team dysfunctions, team roles, conflict resolution processes, negotiations, principles of working with others, and to coaching and team leadership comprise one half of the course. Paradigms, disruptive innovation concepts, and creativity methods provide tools for methodical exploration of potential solutions. Team working in the context of sustainability, ethics, and governance.
