WORKLABR 2K03 - Technology and The Future of Work

This course explores the future of work in the face of the advances in robotics, artificial intelligence, and other technologies, and considers which jobs are most vulnerable to automation and which might be safest. Will the impact of this technological revolution be different than previous ones? It also asks what role policy decisions and new ideas such as the basic income might play, and what are the downsides of our faith in technology in the workplace and beyond
