Research in Biochemistry

Our program encompasses all major areas of modern biomedical research. Particular strengths include infectious diseases, stem cells, metabolism, neurodegenerative diseases, developmental biology and structural biology. We are supported by state-of-the-art facilities that place us at the forefront of biomedical innovation worldwide. Students in our program hold over $2M in competitive funding and regularly publish in top tier scientific journals.
