Topics include infrastructure networking for wireless communications, smart antennas in wireless networks, wireless LANs and ATM, mobile IP, media access protocols for wireless networks and other resource allocation issues. Various networking aspects of wireless system operation such as location updating and roaming. Emphasis on system architecture, protocols and performance.
