ENG PHYS 4MD3 - Advanced Materials and Next-generation Devices

This course explores the relationship between material properties and device performance. In particular, the design challenges associated with employing properties such as magnetoresistance, superconductivity, and piezoelectricity in devices will be studied.
Three lectures; second term
Prerequisite(s): ENG PHYS 3F03  or 3F04; and credit or registration in one of ENG PHYS 3PN3, ENG PHYS 3PN4  or 4E03
