COMMERCE 2QA3 - Applied Statistics for Business3 unit(s)
An introduction to the application of statistical analysis in managerial decision-making. The concepts of statistical analysis are applied to a variety of topics, including decisionmaking, estimation by sampling, hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, simple linear and multiple regression and forecasting. Prerequisite(s): Finite Math (or Mathematics of Data Management U or equivalent) or STATS 1L03 ; and registration in any Commerce, Engineering and Management or four or five-level non-Commerce program.
