LIFESCI 2A03 - Research Methods in Life Sciences

This course introduces students to the use and application of the scientific method in the life sciences. Students will explore different types of research studies and have an opportunity to practice hypothesis formulation, hypothesis testing, data interpretation, and scientific communication.
Lectures (two hours), tutorial (two hours); one term
Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level II or above of a Life Sciences program
