Students will complete the design, fabrication and testing of a working biosensor device using semiconductor fabrication methods, including simulation and working in a clean room environment.
One lab (three hours); second term
Prerequisite(s): Credit or registration in ENGPHYS 4Z03, and credit or registration ENGPHYS 3F03 or 3PN4, and registration in Level IV or above of an Engineering Physics program, or special permission from the Department Chair
