Students wishing to enter this program must complete an application for admission to Level II on MUGSI in mid-March to be considered for admission.

Admission
Completion of any Level I program and a Cumulative Average of at least 5.0 including an average of at least 5.0 in ART HIST 1A03 and ART HIST 1AA3 . For continuation in the program, see the section on Minimum Requirements for Entering and Continuing in a Program Beyond Level I, here . Notes
- Before choosing Level II and III courses, students should become familiar with the prerequisites for Level III and IV courses.
- Students intending to pursue graduate work in Art History should note that most universities offering such programs require undergraduate work in at least one foreign language for admission. Students are encouraged to include the study of foreign languages as early as possible in their program.
- Upper-level students may wish to pursue an internship in an art museum or gallery, or undertake a research project by completing HUMAN 3W03 or HUMAN 4W03 and should consult with the Art History Counsellor for advice.
