Admission
Completion of any Level I program with a Cumulative Average of at least 5.0 including a grade of at least C in POL SCI 1G06 . Satisfaction of the admission requirements for the Honours program in the other B.A. subject. - Subject to meeting admission requirements, students may combine two subjects and be graduated with a combined Honours B.A. degree. These combinations are available within the Faculty, with programs in the Faculty of Humanities and with the Arts and Science Program.
- For students who entered the program prior to 2009-2010, one course from Canadian Politics is strongly recommended, but not required.
- Students should be alerted to those Levels II and III courses that are required to qualify for a number of Level IV courses. Students who wish to enter courses but who lack the necessary prerequisites must obtain the permission of the instructor.
- POL SCI 2O06 and POL SCI 3N06 are required for students enrolled in Honours Political Science programs and they are recommended for students in the B.A. program.
- Students may take a maximum of 12 units Level IV Political Science.
Requirements
120 units total (Levels I to IV), of which 48 units may be Level I 30 units
from - the Level I program completed prior to admission to the program.

- Levels II, III, Political Science of which a maximum of nine units may be Level II; including at least one course from the Canadian Politics Field of Study

Electives. - If not completed in Level I, a minimum of six units must be from the Faculty of Humanities and/or the Department of Religious Studies . Students combining Political Science with Arts & Science, or with a Humanities subject, are exempt from this requirement. (The maximum Political Science courses to be taken is 54 units).
