Maximum Credit Toward Degree Studies - up to 9 units pending approval of the student’s Faculty office

The program focuses on the theories, best practices, and application of intercultural competence. Course activities will build students’ recognition of structural and systemic barriers to equity and inclusion and how these have led human resources professionals, managers, and business leaders to recognize the need to develop intercultural awareness, knowledge, skills, and attitudes.
