Develop an awareness and understanding of the procedures and challenges involved in contaminated site management from assessment (Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments) to remediation and management. The course will cover theoretical and practical aspects of contaminated site management; regulatory compliance; basic hydrogeology
and geochemical principles; site assessment procedures; risk assessment and risk management; and remediation technologies.
