This course is designed to enhance the student’s understanding of the research process. Emphasis is placed on the student’s potential role as a research collaborator in projects related to professional practice.
Lecture (three hours), 24-30 hours research practicum; one term
Prerequisite(s): Minimum grade of C- in NURSING 3SS3, HTHSCI 2H03, 2HH3, 2S03, 2LA2 A/B, and a Pass in NURSING 2P03, and registration in the B.Sc.N. Basic (A) Stream; or a minimum grade of C- in HTHSCI 3C04, and Pass in NURSING 3CN3, 3QQ3 and registration in the B.Sc.N. Post Diploma R.P.N. Stream; or minimum grade of C- in NURSING 3V03, and HTHSCI 3PF1, and a Pass in NURSING 3ZB3, 3QQ3, and registration in the B.Sc.N. Accelerated (F) Stream; or permission of the instructor
