The degree completion programs in Power and Energy Engineering Technology will accept graduates in one of Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology. Graduates from Ontario university engineering programs who seek to develop careers in the power and energy technology sectors will also be accepted. Applicants with educational backgrounds at least equivalent to those applicants completing Ontario college diplomas (i.e. overseas technology diploma or degree graduates) are encouraged to apply; such applications will be considered on an individual basis.
Notes
WHMIS 1A00 must be completed in the first term of the program.
ENGTECH 1ET0 must be completed at least one academic term prior to the term in which the first co-op placement is taken.
Students must complete their two co-op terms before they have 9 units or fewer remaining in their DCP program requirements.
