iArts (Integrated Arts) I

Admission

Students intending to study in the iArts B.F.A at McMaster, must meet the general entrance requirements to the Faculty of Humanities and qualify through the Creative Submission selection process, All applicants are required to submit an Electronic Creative Submission through SlideRoom by February 1, 2023. A creative submission package is a compilation of creative work and/or practice that an applicant has done either in school, at home, or possibly in the community. A Creative Submission package is similar to a portfolio or audition reel but can feature work from a range of disciplines. Enrollment in this program is limited. 

Notes

1. All iARTS students will receive exposure to a range of arts disciplines throughout their four years of study. Before choosing courses, students should become familiar with prerequisites that will determine course selection in the subsequent year(s).
