Students are strongly advised to check prerequisites for upper-level Chemistry and Chemical Biology courses. The prerequisites should be considered when selecting your courses.
Students intending to seek admission to a graduate program in chemistry at McMaster should complete a minimum of 12 units of Level IV Chemistry.
ISCI 4A12 A/B has CHEM 4G09 A/B, CHEM 4G12 A/B and CHEM 4RP6 as an antirequisite.
Certain Level IV courses are offered in alternate years. Students are advised to consider course offerings carefully in planning their course selection for Levels III and IV or Levels III, IV and V.
